The hotel had a terrible first impression as I was given a small, smelly room without windows even though I had made a reservation. After this was sorted out, I was given another smelly room with three small beds.

The hotel is located near my business expo and saved me a lot of transportation time. the rooms were neat and had all the necessary amenities for my work needs. the front office staff was professional and provided excellent service.

On the day of arrival, the hotel tried to place me in a tiny, smelly room without windows despite my reservation. After arguing, they moved me to another smelly room with three small beds.
